Education and Workforce Development

A well educated, capable workforce is vital to the sustained growth of the regional economy and increase in the regional quality of life. Efforts range from those that improve the quality of the existing education system and enhance literacy and adult education to those promoting higher education and the skills to participate in a new, green economy.
